Our Team at We Rise Business Solutions would like to thank you for trusting us to provide you with financial services (tax services or booking services) to you.
Limitation of Liability: You acknowledge that We Rise Business Solutions liability for any claims, damages, losses, or costs arising from this engagement is restricted to the total fees paid by you to We Rise Business Solutions for the services provided under this agreement. Original records will be returned to you upon completion of the engagement. Nevertheless, we advise you to create copies of your documentation and retain the original records securely. It is essential to keep these records, along with supporting documents and canceled checks, as they may be required later to verify the accuracy and completeness of a return. We will maintain copies of your records and work papers related to your engagement for a period of seven years, after which these documents will be securely destroyed.
Confidentiality: Any information shared with us during this tax engagement will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. In the event of a subpoena or summons requiring the production of documents or testimony related to this tax engagement, we will inform you before responding, if legally allowed. You have the option to take legal action to protect the information within the designated timeframe for our response. Failure to take action within the specified time or the lack of a judicial order may be construed as consent for us to comply with the request. Time spent on subpoenas or other legal matters involving you or your account(s) will be billed at our standard rates.

Your card will remain untouched unless you engage us for the specified work and subsequently opt not to proceed with filing your taxes. The card details are securely stored for record-keeping purposes only. By signing this form, you grant authorization for a one-time charge to your card in the amount of $50 (for personal income taxes) and $100 any business tax return if you decided not to move forward with We Rise Business Solutions to file your taxes after our final consultation.
No charges will be applied to your card unless we complete the designated work, and you then decide not to proceed with filing your taxes. The card information is solely retained for documentation purposes. By affixing your signature to this form, you affirm your acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined in this engagement agreement. This authorization is specific to a single transaction and does not extend to any unrelated debits or credits to your account.
By signing this form you consent that you give We Rise Business Solutions authority to work on your personal and our business taxes. We will work together to review all information before submitting it to the IRS. If you are unhappy at any point, you can choose not to file your taxes with our company. If We Rise Business Solutions have done in preparing your taxes then you will be responsible for the above fees.
