Please note that using any exercise machinery or engaging in exercise classes is done at your own risk. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using equipment or participating in any exercise program. Your selection and use of exercise programs and equipment are your sole responsibility. Iron House shall not be held liable for any claims, injuries, damages, or actions resulting from your use of our services, facilities, equipment, or premises.

By engaging in our services, you, your agents, beneficiaries, or any affiliated individuals or entities, release Iron House, our officers, owners, agents, and employees from any claims, costs, demands, injuries, damages, or liabilities, including legal fees, arising from your participation in our exercise programs or use of equipment. You agree to inspect fitness equipment before use and report any malfunctioning, damaged, or hazardous equipment to our management immediately. For participants under 18 years old, a parent or guardian must sign this agreement.
